Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in RidgeOS. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial order date. After 30 days, subscription fees for the current billing period are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
  • Email us at hello@ridgeos.com with your order details and we'll help you through the process.

Canceling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; you'll keep access to your paid features through the end of the current billing period.

Chargebacks

If you have any concern with a charge, please contact us first — we'll work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution.
