1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Ridge OS, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using Ridge OS on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

2. The service

Ridge OS provides software-as-a-service tools for roofing and home-services contractors. Features evolve. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We do not guarantee any specific business outcome (revenue, leads, bookings, ranking, or otherwise).

3. Your responsibilities

  • You are solely responsible for the content you upload, the messages you send through Ridge OS, and obtaining any required consent (including TCPA consent for SMS) from your customers and leads.
  • You will comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam (CAN-SPAM, CASL), telemarketing (TCPA), and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) where they apply.
  • You will not use Ridge OS to send unlawful, deceptive, or harassing communications.
  • You will keep your credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.

4. AI-generated content

Ridge OS uses AI to draft replies, review requests, and other content. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or off-tone. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any message before it is sent on your behalf.

5. Fees and trials

Plan fees, trial lengths, and billing terms are described at the time of signup. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk to the service.

7. Disclaimer

Ridge OS is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ridge OS's total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ridge OS harmless from any claim arising out of your content, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
