Ridge OS ("we", "us", "our") provides software that helps roofing contractors capture and respond to leads, request reviews, and manage customer relationships. This policy explains what we collect when you use our website and product.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, company name, phone, and password hash when you create an account.
- Lead and customer data you upload: contact information for homeowners and customers you choose to manage in Ridge OS.
- Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser information, and IP address.
- Communications: messages you send to us and AI-generated drafts produced inside the product.
3. How we use information
We use the information to operate the service, respond to support requests, improve features, generate AI replies on your behalf, send required transactional emails, and comply with our legal obligations.
4. AI processing
Lead messages and customer details you submit may be processed by third-party large language model providers (such as Google or OpenAI through a gateway) to draft replies and review requests on your behalf. We do not sell your data to these providers and we do not use customer data to train public foundation models.
5. Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help us operate Ridge OS (hosting, database, email delivery, AI gateway), or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.
6. Your rights

7. Data retention
We retain account and customer data for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, after which we will delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law.
8. Security
We use industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, and database row-level security. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Ridge OS is a B2B product not directed to children under 13.

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-product notice.
